Scholarship Global education for Russian citizens

From 2014 to 2017 financial assistance of the Government of Russia the programme "Global education" get the Russians, admitted to leading universities in the world for graduate programs and graduate studies.

The main points of the programme "Global education" student Finance:

1. In order to receive funding the student must have the letter of acceptance of one of the universities specified in the list of universities-participants of the program "Global education" in an approved specialization in the 2017-18 academic year.

2. Funding received by students enrolled on a full-time program of graduate, postgraduate and internship duration is at least a year.

3. Funding will cover not only the cost of the study, but the travel, accommodation while studying, educational materials, medical insurance, etc.

4. Funding: up to 2'763', 600 rubles for 1 year.

5. Funding does not cover students ' exchange programs and double degree programs with Russian universities.

6. The selection of participants will be selected on a competitive basis.

7. Upon completion, participant should return to Russia for 3 months to get a job in a Russian company for the profile of education and to work at least 3 years. During these 3 years, the participant may change employer but not more than 2 times.

8. Russian companies for employment of graduates of the program must meet the following criteria:

A. registration on the territory of the Russian Federation;

B. to carry out activities for at least 3 years;

V. is not in the process of liquidation, bankruptcy;

Belongs to one of the following categories:

• scientific organization;
• leading classical University of the Russian Federation, Federal University or national research University;
• organization, selected by results of competition under the government of the Russian Federation "On measures of state support of development of cooperation of Russian educational institutions of higher education, state scientific institutions and organizations implementing complex projects on creation of hi-tech production";
• a resident of Technopark in sphere of high technologies;
• organization approved by the Supervisory Board.

9. It is expected that program participants will not only work in universities and institutions of Moscow and the Central region, but also in the regions, the regions of the Far East and Eastern Siberia. No more than 25% of the programme participants have to work in the organizations of Moscow and St. Petersburg, 75% must find work in other regions of the Russian Federation.

10. If a member does not finish the course or does not fulfill the obligations of employment, he will have to pay the full amount of support received + a fine double the amount received.

11. To apply for a grant after receiving a letter of acceptance from the University the student must register in the electronic queue on the official program website.
