Programs University of Surrey entered the top 100 in the world rankings

Four programs of the University of Sussex has entered the list of the top 100 in the world rankings of educational programs "ShanghaiRanking" for 2017. Thus, a course on "Hospitality and Tourism Management" occupies the sixth place in the world.

In addition, in the top hundred included the program "Telecommunications Engineering" (35th in the world), as well as "Veterinary Sciences" and "Electrical & Electronic Engineering" (category 76-100 best in the world). Program "Computer Science and Engineering" has entered the world top-150 and another 15 courses of the University of Sussex was in the top 500.

The ranking was published just a few days after the University received a Gold status in the system of evaluation of higher education "Teaching Excellence Framework". The system noted the high quality of teaching, effectiveness of educational programs and excellent students of the University.

Faculty of hospitality and tourism of the University today occupies the first place in the prestigious ranking of "Guardian University Guide 2017" and "Complete University Guide 2017" and has mejdunarodnoy reputation. Earlier this year, two other well-known rankings (QS and CWUR) has placed the Department on the 5th place in the world.
