Bolton University has developed four distance learning program, access to which will be open from Oct 2010. Among them are two undergraduate programmes (BA Business Management BSc Computing) and two workshops (MBA and MSc Information Technology). The University plans to add to these four courses during the year.
As said the Vice-Chancellor of the University Dr Peter Marsh: "the launch of the distance learning system BoltOnline represents an important strategic milestone in the development of the University. The University is now able to offer students various flexible options gain knowledge that will allow students to move easily between the online learning and all other programs of the University carried out by conventional methods, both in the UK and within the framework of existing partnerships with other countries of the world. Currently, it is Germany, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, Vietnam and Russia.
