International students at ANU are required to pay international student fees (ISF). The amount of ISF a student must pay is determined by the courses in which they enrol. Each course has a set fee and the total fees for all enrolled courses in a semester or session are totalled and invoiced.

There are a number of scholarships available to ANU students to help with the cost of their studies. Donors and benefactors, external organisations and the Australian Government fund many of the scholarships offered. You can search for a scholarship directly on the ANU website.
In addition to scholarships offered by ANU, there are funding support opportunities offered by the Australian and overseas governments, and other industry partners and affiliates, that you can take advantage of.
ANU is located in Acton on the north side of Lake Burley Griffin, just west of the city centre.
Arriving by plane:
ANU is a 15 minute drive from Canberra Airport. An Airport Express bus to and from the city operates regularly throughout the day. Taxis are available at all times of the day.
Arriving by train or coach:
Canberra has a direct rail service from Sydney and a combined rail and bus service from Melbourne. Coaches arrive in the city centre, a short taxi journey from ANU.
