The University accepts a wide variety of international academic qualifications (with good grades) for entry onto the undergraduate courses. Some programmes will have higher entry requirements or require that you have taken certain subjects. Please refer to the course webpage for full details of specific entry requirements.
In addition to the required academic qualifications, you will need to demonstrate a good standard of English if it is not your first language. The English language qualification we prefer is Academic IELTS, but we also accept a number of IELTS-equivalent English language qualifications.
If you do not meet the academic requirements and/or English language requirements for your course, we offer two special preparatory course options through our International Study Centre: the International Foundation Year and the International Year One.
Kingston upon Thames is only 25 minutes from central London and has been consistently reported as the safest borough in London (Metropolitan Police, 2013) and the happiest place to live in Greater London (Rightmove, 2013)! Located on the River Thames in an affluent part of south-west London, it's no surprise Kingston is the ideal student location.
