Founded in 1976, BPP is one of the largest providers of Business, Law and Accounting courses in the UK. Thousands of students from all over the world choose to study with BPP. Drawing on over 30 years of experience, including training almost all FTSE 100 companies, approximately two thirds of all accountants and one third of all lawyers in the UK, BPP builds its programmes as it teaches them: through practical experience and academic engagement with key business and legal issues. BPP was established in 1976 by Alan Brierley, Richard Price and Charles Prior. Originally specialising in accountancy qualifications, we quickly expanded to meet the evolving demands of a more globally connected UK business sector. In 2007 BPP created history, becoming the first publicly owned private company to be granted degree awarding powers by the Privy Council.
BPP University is not a traditional university. From the start its programmes are focused on student’s future.
