The programme is designed to provide a broad knowledge of the building process; it achieves this by teaching the necessary skills to enables students to manage the building process from initial project inception, through to building design and construction, and finally to project completion and building occupation; the environment is widely used as a learning tool, this includes a management-in-action course in the 2nd year; the programme helps you develop communication, leadership, and team-building skills; the 2nd year is spent on professional placement.
