Lethbridge Campus: Located on the west side of the city of Lethbridge, the University stretches across the coulees and has a great view of the Oldman River valley. It combines a beautiful setting with green space, gardens, and trees with high-tech facilities and classroom and research space. Spanning more than 500 acres, our campus is designed to ignite new ideas and encourage collaboration across disciplines.
Calgary Campus: Calgary Campus offers clases on evenings and weekends, allowing you to work full time while you earn the credentials you need to advance your career. Designed to meet the needs of working students, our urban campus is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Calgary on the Bow Valley College campus.
With clubs, concerts, sports events, and a friendly campus, there will be many activities and friends that will help connect you to the campus scene. It’s important to take part in all of the different activities and social events possible because that's what will make your student life here like nothing you've ever experienced before. There are over 70 clubs on campus that provide social and athletic activities, travel, religious fellowship, and charitable and cultural support. Some clubs surf in California while others debate in Ottawa.
More than $40 million has been invested in campus athletics, providing the best opportunities for athletes to train and practice their competitive pursuits year round.
The University Library exists to advance the scholarly, research and creative endeavors of the University of Lethbridge. It offers instruction programs, services and information resources aimed at cultivating information literacy and independent learning. The Library's website provides access to resources and services which are available both on and off campus. These include access to the Library Catalogue, electronic indexes and databases, e-journals and e-books as well as other electronic resources, a virtual tour, how to guides and electronic reference service.
You can choose to live off-campus or in our on-campus residence buildings. U of L residences are home to 955 single students and 24 students with families.Students entering university directly from high school are assigned to traditional style residence in University Hall or apartment style living in Kainai House. All University Hall and Kainai House residents must participate in the Residence Dining Plan.
Continuing Student Homes include Piikani House (apartments), Tsuu T'ina House (townhomes), Residence Village (townhomes), and Mount Blakiston House (apartments). All bedrooms in Aperture Park are single occupancy.
