Entry requirements

The School recruits international students at undergraduate level, masters and PHD.


At undergraduate level, international students can be admitted provided there is an exchange program in place in their university of origin.


At masters’ level, foreign students can apply for courses if they meet the language skill requirements. Candidates for humanity subjects must have sufficient knowledge of the French Language: C1 (advanced). Science students only need a B2 level (upper intermediate). Students from Russia must apply through the CEF procedure on the Campus France Website. The School welcomes foreign PHD students.

Location

Lyon is the capital of its region, Rhône-Alpes, which is one of the most dynamic areas in science and business in France. The School is situated on the left Bank of the Rhôneand is a 15 minute walk from the historical centre of Lyon. The School is served by underground line B that connects to the Rail station La Part Dieu. The Airport “Saint Exupery” is 30 minutes away from the station with the Rhônexpress tram.
