Year 1: Explores economics from a business and societal perspective; it examines the international business environment, taking in organisations, competition and the environment of crime. Year 2: Investigates government policy and business, environmental management, and the business of sport; it also explores the organisational analysis of firms, as well as banking and financial institutions. Year 3: Optional work placement. Final year: Global business; corporate social responsibility; the economics of strategy; and contemporary issues in the business environment; plus a research dissertation of the students' choice.
