The course is modular in structure in which credits are awarded for the successful completion of each module; the modules and credits accumulate to form the entire course of study; the course combines academic study with the application of professional skills and competencies required by the architectural technologist; consistent with the multi-disciplinary team-based approach of the modern construction and property industry students will engage with fellow students from the surveying, construction management, and property management disciplines; students will study a rich mix of subjects which are critical to the professional role of the architectural technologist including technical, design, legal, and commercial areas.
