University of Salford, BA (Hons), Fashion
Level 1: Students will develop their design thinking and creative ability by undertaking a series of practical projects which cover all aspects of fashion design within a broader context; experimentation is encouraged when introduced to the two pathways. Level 2: Students will have the opportunity to select a pathway either in fashion design, studying research, design direction and practical skills, or fashion styling, focusing on how fashion can be communicated creatively in the media. Level 3: Students will continue to follow their chosen specialism and studies will be tailored to particular interests and ambitions; design projects continue to be supported by study of design theory, computing, visual communication and business.
