The Bachelor Food Chemistry teaches students in first through fourth semester basic knowledge of the various areas of chemistry, biology, mathematics and physics. Based on a broad foundation in food chemistry, food and feed analysis, micro-biology and food hygiene, food technology and multidisciplinary skills are taught in the four to six semesters.
