The full programme combines the taught elements and research of the Master of Science with a mandatory clinical training module; the School places special emphasis on: Contemporary orthodontic treatment techniques; research methods; and the development of a questioning approach to the speciality of orthodontics; this speciality training programme is designed for those who wish to undertake full orthodontic training, but who do not wish to practice orthodontics in the UK; when undertaken with the mandatory clinical training module, this programme is recognised by the UK Royal Colleges for the Membership in Orthodontics examinations.
