Entry requirements
Upper 2nd Class Honours degree in a relevant subject, or overseas equivalent; language pathway applicants such as an MA in Persian, Arabic, Turkish or Hebrew Studies, required to have an undergraduate degree in the relevant language or an equivalent level of knowledge of the language; being a native speaker of a Middle Eastern language not regarded as a sufficient qualification; advanced knowledge of Arabic required for some course units; IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 600 (paper-based) or 250 (computer-based).
