Year 1 Students take 8 compulsory modules in areas including marketing, human resource management, economics, accounting and organisational management, to ensure a thorough grounding in key business areas. Year 2 This foundation is supported by 6 or more compulsory modules in areas including international business, law and finance; students also begin to specialise from their 2nd year, and can choose optional modules in areas of particular interest to them, including marketing, operations management and international development. Year 3 By the final year of study, students are equipped to select more specialised modules through which they may apply their learning, including tourism, business in the Asia-Pacific region and the football industry in Britain; 4 compulsory, strategically-focused modules are also taken.
