We live in the information age where new information communication technologies have led to growth, opportunity and disruption for businesses. Information systems and information management are vital to businesses globally - managing information is now seen as a competitive necessity. Likewise, effectively using technology is now at the top of the agenda for most organisations.
Alongside accelerating information flows, complexity and volume, the skills to manage and drive opportunity through information management and information systems are key.
Our MSc Information Systems and Information Management equips you with the necessary skills and knowledge to engage with the information society and digital economy as organisational leaders, innovators and entrepreneurial managers.
Learn to understand, integrate and critically analyse contemporary information systems and information management research and theories, and related business and management trends - and effectively apply them to organisational contexts. You will be able to select and use appropriate contemporary information tools and techniques to critically analyse and solve complex management problems and challenges in a holistic way.
The programme is unique - it is supported and shaped by a body of industry partners who act as an advisory group on content and provide resources, including guest lectures and dissertation projects.
