The 4-year Business with International Foundation Certificate degrees combine one foundation year of academic English and Business modules followed by three years specialising in International Business, Human Resource Management, or Business Management and are particularly useful for those students who need to complete a foundation programme, or who need to improve their English, but want the convenience of taking the foundation and the degree as one programme with one CAS for the whole programme rather than two.
These programmes provide an excellent foundation for a range of careers in international business and management, and enable students to develop an academic basis for further study including that of business and management at graduate level and/or graduate training. Students will gain a knowledge and understanding of the external and internal business environments, show an understanding of organisational decision-making, and develop problem-solving skills.
