Year 2: semester 1: property law; law of evidence; delict; law of business associations; alternative modules for graduates of BSc forensic science with law entering stage 2; legal methods; law of contract; semester 2: administrative law; human rights; company law; consumer law; alternative modules for graduates of BSc forensic science with law entering stage 2; constitutional law; commercial law. Year 3: semester 1: conveyancing law 1; law of trusts & succession; family law 1; European union law: constitutional aspects; semester 2: conveyancing law 2; revenue law; family law 2; European union law: substantive aspects; or instead of the four above modules students may choose European exchange in law. Year 4: semester 1: three from the following five modules: employment law; construction contracts; uk oil & gas law; media law; public international law; police and society; semester 2: three from the following six modules: labour law; international private law; roman law; intellectual property law; rights, duties and liabilities in construction; international human rights law; dissertation; additional option module for students entering the course in stage 3 only: criminal law 2; if European exchange in law is taken in stage 3 then three from the following five modules: conveyancing law 2; revenue law; european union property law: substantive aspects; family law 2.
