The current research interests of the group are: Evaluation of firm performance and particularly evaluation of IS/IT as both a business resource and a firm capability; information systems management (IS planning and strategy) and/or core competencies in business transformation and competitiveness; labour in information systems and information retrieval and, electronic communication; multimedia systems, narrative theories and games evaluation; organisational culture and the management of technological change; strategies for, and evaluation of, e-commerce/ e-trading (Internet and electronic data interchange); e-consultation/e-government, and community information networks.
