A full programme of production practice, based on professional standards, forms the centre of learning; students will be encouraged to develop and realise their own projects, through a hands-on approach, working in teams on short fiction and documentary films, live action, animation and image manipulation projects, on both video and 16mm film; students will work in a supportive educational environment in which they are encouraged to develop the intellectual, critical and practical skills relevant to moving image production; these skills are realised and demonstrated through a series of collaborative projects, supported and underpinned by critical and reflective study.
