The programme has been designed to allow students to continue to develop the skills and knowledge that they will have gained as part of their HND and offers them an opportunity to develop further skills particularly in the areas of multimedia production, computing and web authoring; the programme gives students the opportunity to analyse the effectiveness of the technology and techniques previously learned, and to study the technologies that will be making their impact on lives in the near and not so near future; in addition to developing existing audio knowledge and skills, students will broaden their expertise to encompass the technologies that underpin audio and multimedia technology.
