Entry requirements

2.1 (Hons) degree and excellent English language skills including spelling and punctuation; students applying for a place on the course should bear in mind that public relations practitioners need to have excellent organisational skills, be well organised, able to deal with multiple projects (and deadlines) and thrive under pressure; applicants with work experience and/or evidence of a commitment to a career in PR will be favoured; equivalent qualifications from other international systems receive the same consideration and applicants whose first language is not English should have IELTS 6.5 or equivalent; non-standard applications are assessed according to their individual merits; applications from mature students of those returning to education with relevant professional experience within the media industries are welcome.
