Year 1: the aim of the course is to develop managerial competences from an operational to a senior level of management; the 6 modules help develop knowledge and understanding of marketing, human relations, finance, operations and strategic management as well as research skills. Year 2: this builds on Stage 1 and therefore is open to those who have successfully achieved the first year of the Masters or have an appropriate equivalent qualification. Year 3: the final year is designed for those who have achieved the first two stages and mainly involves the completion of a dissertation.
