This course is based on a modular structure with approximately 4 modules of study in each year, with an optional placement year in addition; at the end of final year students have a range of design skills and have developed a personal, innovative approach to the practice of designing; students undertake integrative projects which place in context the areas of interior design (commercial, public, retail, exhibition, set) product design (industrial design, consumer durables) and furniture design (public, contract, domestic, street).
