Business enterprise is about the creation of wealth, creativity and resourcefulness and exploiting change. This course is designed for students who want to start a new enterprise, those who want to take over the management of an existing business and those who are aiming for leadership positions. In business law, you’ll study commercial law and business legal regulations. These include company law, competition law and human rights law. Business law can only be studied as a second subject as a joint Honours option.
