This course provides the detailed design ability and spatial awareness in interior architecture and spatial design that is required to practice interior design; core objective is to enable students to become members of the design profession, equipped with the necessary skills to enhance the environment in which we live; it provides a solid grounding in interior design, art history, cultural theory, materials, representation (model-making, drawing, and computer aided design), construction and professional studies; the study of spatial design is related to the historical and cultural context of the city and contemporary art media; students are also offered opportunities to be taken on accompanied trips to European cities and national places of contemporary design interest.
