This course covers a wide range of issues relating to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), for those working with mental health issues in primary care and other relevant settings; it includes understanding basic principles around CBT, as well as when and how CBT should be used; importantly, this course is not intended to provide students with intervention skills set (eg. around behavioural activation, cognitive disputing, diary-keeping etc).
