Every module in our liberal studies programme has been specifically designed for the degree, delivering you a broad-based education which engages you in critical and interdisciplinary thinking.  The BA (Hons) Liberal Studies (International Relations) emphasises the understanding of global issues and world cultures and traces the political, social, ideological and economic history of the world.

The curriculum is designed to enable you to examine and understand the complexities and processes involved in the relationships between institutions of international governance. It is also designed to help you understand the behaviour of states, by studying the structures that make up the international system.
