The business pathway is designed to prepare students for a wide variety of activities and functions and develop their professional skills and a critical awareness that careers in today's business demand; students develop a broad base of business knowledge, a range of essential personal competencies and a comprehensive understanding of both the individual within an organisation, and the organisation within its environment; the finance pathway is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the principles and practice of finance, together with a foundation of business knowledge and personal transferable skills; it provides appropriate theoretical underpinning to ensure students can cope with new developments and business change and to develop critical and analytical problem-solving skills; this course is offered at the main campus.
