Undergraduate

Applicants will be considered for first year undergraduate degree entry if they meet the following criteria:

• Applicants with the Attestat o Srednem Obrazovanii (Certificate of Secondary Education) and an appropriate foundation course
• Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Russian University degree
• Applicants with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or British A-Levels

Masters

• For courses requiring a 2.1: Bakalavr or Specialised Diploma with a CGPA 4.5 out of 5;
• For courses requiring a 2.2: Bakalavr or Specialised Diploma with a CGPA 4.0 out of 5.

MPhil/PhD

Applicants who hold a good master’s (Magister) degree and have a well developed research proposal will be considered for entry to MPhil/PhD.

English language requirements

We accept a range of English language tests including IELTS, TOEFL and Pearson PTE. Our standard English language entry criteria is IELTS 6.5 or IELTS 7.0 (or equivalent) depending on the course.

Undergraduate

All applications to our undergraduate degree programmes should be made through UCAS by following the links from our Undergraduate Course pages. Undergraduate applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible, but applications will be considered up until 30th June UCAS deadline.

Postgraduate

All applications to our postgraduate degree programmes should be made online by following the ‘Apply now’ link from our Postgraduate Course pages. Postgraduate applications are accepted up until August. Early applications for popular subject areas are encouraged – see our Postgraduate Course pages for more details.
