21 or over; should normally have or expect to be awarded a degree or degree-equivalent of at least 2nd-class standard from a UK Higher Education Institution; GCSE English and Mathematics, or the equivalent; able to take internal College tests if you do not have these qualifications; must show you have personal qualities to become a social worker, and relevant experience: minimum 1 year's full-time work in a Social Work or equivalent; must demonstrate proficiency in English.
