Entry requirements

A Bachelor in Biophysics or in a closely related subject area (the examination committee will decide about fulfilment of the entrance requirements and the equivalence of the existing degree). Applicants to become students with a foreign university entrance qualification and a foreign basic degree must also demonstrate that they have adequate knowledge of German according to the DSH regulations. In order to submit an application for Master’s programmes with German as language of instruction, you have to present German language certificates proving at least completed level C1.

Location

Goethe University has campuses in Bockenheim, Westend, Riedberg, and Niederrad. While very different and distinct in character, all campuses are conveniently located and well serviced by public transportation. The Goethe Cardgives students free use of public transportation.
