Each pathway is either one, two or three terms, depending on your level of English.
You will study core modules as well as modules related to your chosen pathway:
1. Introduction to UK graduate study
This module aims to provide participants with the skills and confidence to study at graduate level in a UK university. It involves written, oral and visual communication skills. Learning strategies include an emphasis on tutor-led activity-based learning to support concurrently run modules in the International Incorporated Masters, and embed the skills developed.
2. English for Academic Purposes I
This module aims to develop English language skills for life and study in the UK. It also aims to enhance research and academic skills necessary for postgraduate study and aids students in developing a fuller understanding of postgraduate culture in the UK university sector.
3. English for Academic Purposes II
As an international student, it is vital that you are able to communicate in English and understand your coursework. In addition to the core modules, there is also a continuous English language module to help postgraduate students improve their language skills.
