Year 2: Projects require a more self-motivated and professional approach to making work; students begin to identify a specialist area of study by pursuing their creative ideas through a process of research and experimentation; guest lecturers from a variety of lens-based backgrounds give an insight into professional practice. Year 3: This year is totally negotiated; key lectures, tutorials and showings of work provide a supportive environment for students to create work across a range of lens-based disciplines.
