The accounting course is designed to increase understanding of the world of accountancy and its relevance to the modern business environment; it covers the concepts, methods and techniques in modern business accounting and financial management; geology students develop study, practical and field skills while building a firm basis of geological knowledge; explore the Earth's history, minerals, rocks, fossils and some of the key processes in and on the Earth's surface; learn several key skills including field mapping and map interpretation.
