This course is to equip graduates with the specialist skills in modern wireless communication systems such as 3G, Wi-Fi, mobile WiMAX and LTE, space-time coding, software defined radio, and reconfigurable analogue and digital RF systems. It also provides knowledge in the use of wireless and DSP techniques in many application areas including IoT, medical, geophysical, aerospace, automotive and environmental systems.
The degree provides placement in either industry or research. Our dedicated Knowledge Business Centre maintains links to over 500 partner companies to ensure that students can apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world industry. Graduates from this course are actively sought after by employers in mobile and wireless industries.
