Students develop a range of technical and personal skills, managing their own learning and development and evaluating their own experience to become a strategic leader within the organisation; the course is supported by the Institute of Community Cohesion (iCoCo); the course has 3 inter-related elements: the development of a project proposal, an independent study module requiring the acquisition and demonstration of new knowledge, needed to support the project, and a 12,000-word Master's project; the course delivery is effected through the use of CUOnline and 2 1-night residentials or workshops; learners are able to attend a series of master-classes delivered by iCoCo.
