Level 1 gives students a grounding in the language, culture, history and society of Spain and Latin America; they'll also study Portuguese or Catalan; at levels two and three students study diverse aspects of Spanish and Latin American society, history and culture including: film; music; literature and sport; level three includes practical modules in interpreting and translating; language learning remains central but otherwise they have a free choice of optional modules; this allows them to build their own pathway and set their own challenges, all within a framework of support from personal tutors.
