BPP's Master's level programmes are all awarded as a Master's in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent). As clinically-based qualifications, our courses are designed to equip you with real-life practice experience, so that you are fully prepared for a flourishing professional career. Students are offered a pioneering range of programmes that can help you to become not only a great clinician, but also a natural leader with the confidence and refined clinical skills to pursue your long term career goals.

Six programmes are specifically designed for practising dental professionals, with each taking three years to complete. In addition to the intensive blocks, students attend weekly seminars and clinical placements over 30 weeks per year in the UK and in Europe for students taking the additional international placement option. Students will gain vital professional experience by observing qualified clinicians performing advanced procedures in a clinical setting, and be able to apply the new skills you learn by practising, whilst supervised, on models and cadaveric specimens. And in year three, you will receive teaching in research methodology, and have the opportunity to undertake a clinically orientated research project guided by a qualified research supervisor.

Why choose this programme?

  • Learning front-line multidisciplinary approaches in the management of dental care;
  • Gain exposure to advanced dental treatment undertaken by expert dental academics in the UK, and if you decide to take the international placement you also gain clinical experience with patients;
  • Innovative training featuring the latest evidence-based patient care principles;
  • Programmes are delivered by postgraduate qualified dentists;
  • Boost your career by getting the knowledge and skills you need to expand your practice.
