German students benefit from a dynamic, contemporary approach to the study of the German language, using our excellent facilities students become familiar with key aspects of modern day German culture, society, politics, economics and literature; students have the choice of entering at beginners, intermediate or advanced levels; spanning 4 centuries of English literature, from the 17th to the 21st Centuries, aspects of the course emphasise the cultural and social context of the writing being examined; in addition to stimulating students' enthusiasm for English literature and language, the programme helps them develop core skills that any employer would value highly, including excellent written and oral communication, the ability to work productively with others, presentation skills, textual analysis and interpretation.
